Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Ensure compliance with hotel procedures and service standards
Requirements
Previous experience as Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 5-star hotel
Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent guest service and communication abilities
Fluent English (mandatory)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
