a. Employers and Clients

Relevant candidate details may be shared with employers, primarily based in the Middle East.

b. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties, including:

• Wix.com Ltd – website hosting and form storage (servers in Israel, EU, US)

• Google Workspace (Google LLC) – email, file storage, productivity tools (global servers)

c. Legal Authorities

We may disclose data if required by law or regulation.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred between:

• Latin America → UK/US for processing

• UK/US → Middle East for client placements

• UK/EU/Latin America → Wix/Google servers in Israel, US, or EU

We use Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or other safeguards for transfers from the UK/EU.

We keep data only as long as needed for recruitment or legal purposes — usually up to 2 years from last contact — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
