About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and service-minded Bartender to join a busy lounge environment. The ideal candidate has solid experience in beverage service, enjoys interacting with guests, and can deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service at all times
Take drink orders, process payments, and maintain accurate billing
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible service regulations
Assist with lounge operations during peak times (clearing tables, supporting service team)
Handle guest queries or complaints professionally
Maintain inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a lounge, bar, cafe, or restaurant
Good knowledge of basic cocktails, coffee preparation, and beverage service standards
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
