About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a leading hotel in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in international cuisine, be capable of managing a section in the hot kitchen, and lead a small team to deliver high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, focusing on hot kitchen operations
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior staff within the section
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the kitchen area
Assist in menu development and implement new recipes when required
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine
Follow all food safety and hotel policies and procedures

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
Strong knowledge of international cuisine and hot kitchen techniques
Ability to lead and mentor a small team
Good communication and organizational skills
English proficiency is a must
Culinary qualification or relevant training preferred
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
