About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join a 5-star luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, service excellence, and consistent brand standards across all outlets.
Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall business objectives and market positioning.
Manage full P&L responsibility for the F&B division, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Drive sales growth and profitability through innovative concepts, promotions, and partnerships, with strong awareness of the GCC market and guest preferences.
Ensure all outlets meet 5-star luxury service standards, hygiene regulations, and local compliance requirements.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop senior F&B leaders and their teams, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture.
Oversee menu engineering, pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, and inventory management.
Collaborate closely with Culinary, Marketing, Sales, Events, and Operations teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Act as a key representative for VIP guests, corporate clients, and high-profile stakeholders, providing culturally aware and personalized service.
Analyze guest feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports to executive management.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Preferably with experience in the European Market
• Strong knowledge of the GCC market
• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel is required
