About the Role
We are looking for a skilled F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy restaurant or lounge at Doha Airport. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring excellent service standards
Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and stock control
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Report operational issues and performance metrics to management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as F&B Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
