We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join a leading hotel in Kuwait City. This position is key to ensuring smooth front office operations while leading a team that delivers exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily front desk operations
Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures
Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and care
Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards
Oversee reservations, room allocations, and billing accuracy
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
Uphold hotel policies, safety, and service excellence standards

Requirements
Proven experience in a similar Front Office supervisory role is essential
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and guest complaint handling skills
English proficiency is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is an advantage
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
