About the Role
We are seeking an elegant, confident, and service-driven Head Hostess to lead the front-of-house guest experience in a high-end lounge located within a 5-star hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in premium hospitality, nightlife, or lounge environments and the ability to deliver exceptional first impressions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the hostess team and oversee the guest welcome experience.
Manage table assignments, guest flow, and reservations efficiently.
Coordinate with service, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Greet guests with professionalism and a warm, engaging attitude.
Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest inquiries.
Train, mentor, and support hostess team members.
Maintain high grooming, service, and brand standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in a premium venue.
Background in luxury hotels, lounges, or nightclubs preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English plus one European language.
Professional appearance suitable for a 5-star environment.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and fast-paced service.
