About the Role
Viva Recruitment is looking for an experienced and highly organized House Manager (Butler Manager) to oversee the operations of a prestigious private residence in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a polished hospitality professional with a background in luxury service, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, and other team members.
Act as the main point of contact for the principal and family, anticipating needs and providing discreet, personalized service.
Manage household schedules, events, and guest arrangements with precision and professionalism.
Ensure seamless coordination between household departments and external service providers.
Maintain detailed inventories of household supplies, equipment, and valuables.
Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and the smooth running of all aspects of the residence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a House Manager, Butler Manager, or Chief Butler in a private residence or 5-star hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and train household staff.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Professional appearance, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
