About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Lounge Attendant to join the guest services team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and seating
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge at all times
Serve food and beverages according to service standards
Refill buffet stations, replenish supplies, and ensure items are available throughout the shift
Clear tables promptly and ensure seating areas remain clean and tidy
Provide basic information to guests and support them with general inquiries
Assist with setting up and closing the lounge, including cleaning and restocking
Follow all hygiene, safety, and service procedures
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service
Strong communication skills; fluency in English required plus one European language
Positive attitude, polite, and guest-focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach
