Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain 5-star service standards.
Manage staffing schedules, performance, and team development.
Monitor and control costs, budgets, and inventory while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with the culinary and F&B management teams to deliver consistent quality and innovation.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
Open to strong Assistant Restaurant Managers ready for a step-up role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of guest service, operations, and financial management.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality excellence.
