About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team of a specialty restaurant in a leading hotel in Doha. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong hospitality skills to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, motivate, and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and menu execution
Oversee reservations, table assignments, and service flowMaintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards
Assist in monitoring stock levels and support basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant or lounge
Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent knowledge of restaurant service standards, sequence of service, and guest relations
Ability to train, motivate, and support team members to ensure consistent service excellence
Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are an advantage)
Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
