Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes and drinks according to 5-star service standards
Ensure tables are set and maintained to a high level of presentation
Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality service
Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment is a strong advantage
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English (mandatory)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
